Tint Shop

I have a question on this... how do you know if the tint filters UV and Infra rays, given the amount of fakery jobs these days? If the tint filters visible light and makes it darker but allows UV to enter, we (especially our eyes) will only be more exposed to UV. :worried:
I think the safest is when SmartTag doesnt work.

Im also looking for shop with good worksmanship and acceptible prices for good quality tint, by the way. :)

thats why we pay so much for ecotint, vkool or gold dust where its proven stuff. there's some amount of trust we need to give those installer that they're giving us original and UV blocking tints.

v-kool, golddust or whatever high quality tint the visibility inside car are very clear meanwhile outside you can't really see through the car interior during daytime cuz it reflects the light. And for those who are worry the tint that doesnt work with the smartags there is a solution whereby they create a particular hole (without tint)for the tags so it shouldnt be a problem when crossing a toll.

did mine at smart window, pandan indah.......tint brand: Medico RM4++ all windows

CV Auto Accessories in Kuchai Entrepeneurs Park... workmanship is A+ also very good in car audio installation.

hmm..Eneos is having discount on all the tints....some is special price..some is 10% discounts...check it out.

Hmm. So between V-kool Golddust & Ecotint (wif same price range), which is a better performer? I don't really care bout the tint colour or VL penetration. Just heat, heat, n more heat. B)

I did Ecotint for mine....but the colour abit too light for my liking....
If you have extra money go for the higher range v-kools :)
