Best tyres so far for me for aquaplaning resistance were the German Made GY F1 GS-D3

PP2 good for both wet and dry, stiff sidewall for cornering, only a bit bumpy and will be noisy when worn...

Ya a bit bumpy but better than last time at least not so bumpy until I feel like my car gonna
crack...

Matched it with SACHS absorbers with Stock springs..handling better than b4 for sure
last suspension cant believe the owner can use it for 6 years OEM ABSORBERS...:banghead:

The GTR was running on extreme dry tyres, BS RE-070.
I have a friend on the Evo-X came with Dunlop Extreme dry tyres too, the Dunlop SP600 which he drives below 80kph in the wet, ask me what wet tyres to use, so told him to use GY Asy, and he loves them, now should be on Michelin PSS....

Yea I know, but still have to be more careful in the wet whatever tires you use, don't pretend to be Ayrton Senna. :)

i think besides that the road was probably had some oil to allow 2 cars to loose severe control

Yeap, the limit of the car, the tires, and also the limit of your driving skills!

Yup, driving skill limit too.....

Got a friend desperately looking n8000 in 215/55/17 sizes.. any leads?

If not mistaken, do not have in this size. Most of my friends using N6000 for this isze, if not try 225/50R17 for N8000, but may be too wide.

Maybe your friend want the N8000 in this size. Original tyres I think is not N8000, maybe Kumho, but not too sure...
225/50R17, this is Honda Accord OE size
