Have checked your rims for dents, are the rims fitted to match the hub perfectly, if not may need the center cones. What about wheel balancing, and last resort on wheel balancing. Oh, there is a new balancing method too, road force balancing......

If all else fail, head to Rahang lama and find Ah Ching or Ah Cheng shop to do on wheel ballancing. I do believe there are others specialist nearer to u but this is the one that i know of.
Did that for my blm after few tire shop fail to solve vibration issue. This was more than 5 years ago. Was kinda shy when i arrived as i drove the cheapest and superstock (by a large margin...very large margin) car to the shop...hahahahah.
What i notice was that he spins the tires much faster than other tire shop and he feel for vibration using his hands by placing his hand on various parts of the car such as bumpers, absorbers, etc.

Have seen a few in PJ also, these are really experience people. But for me, now I prefer off wheel balancing. If need to remove wheel for some repairs later fit back less hassle. On wheel, most of the time even mark back same lug place still tent to run a bit.....lol
