hi guys..i'm driving a blue beetle. i think its from the 70s.i'm a newbie in vw bcoz this is my uncles car. now the car alternator i think its not giving enough charge to run the aircon..very headache..mech says that i need to change the alternator for 400+ bucks w/o workmanship. somemore paint job starts to rust and the paint near the engine bay peeled off..sad. sorry.my ride is 1300 cc f/injection. everything stock but the rims 15 inch and one clarion head unit for the ICE. anyone noes a cheap mech and spraying workshop? need help sifus...and i would like to join the gathering in hartamas projet... wanan meet up with kaki vw

guys...i jz checked back on the old bugfest thread....but i can't help myself but to fall in love with those custom made dashboards and concealed aircon units... anyone noe which shop did it? and how much would it costs?

so..if u wanna check ur engine codes..open up ur boot n check it beside crankshaft pulley..n for ur tran ..lay down ur car...find the gearbox... beside the chasis that hold ur gearbox..u will find it there...
if u have ur own codes...so u can measure that ur car is..
like mine..engines code AF********
trans code is AB ..but ive change the speed gear to AS codes...so the ratio is diffrent n more power...
