I have 1 set ori rpf1 15 inch et35 4 x 100 but cannot fit in my xp150 vios, the brake caliber just touch the wheel, any way to make it clear?can i sand my caliber to fit it?

Huh, ori RPF1 cannot clear the brake caliper? Is it stock calipers or already modified to bigger ones? How much is the touching and where is it touching, is it on the spokes or the wheel rim?

Add a spacer. Maybe a thin one will do

Ori caliber, touch the wheel not spoke...no modified anything yet just want to put in the rim to look nicer

Touch spoke can add spacer, touch wheel then cannot already. But ET35 plus spacer will come out of wheel fender

Ori caliber too big i think
vios has tiny calipers, rfp1's also have very flat spokes that dont curve in and the original rim offset is 45 kan?
dont see why it should hit the caliper....

RPF1s has a very small wheel barrel by design......not the first ive heard about clearance issues between the barrel and the caliper.

solution: change rim HAHAHAHAHAHA

But if original caliper cannot clear rim designer should be shot, how to sell........hhahhahahhaha

Hmm rather strange, that means the caliper also barely clears the stock 15' rims, is it? If the touching is just very slightly grazing the wheel barrel then you can consider just grinding/sanding just some small section of the caliper surface where it touches. If it touches too much until the wheel really got blocked by the caliper then no choice but to use other rims.

+35 offset is already plenty out....

u sure the wheel is ori rpf1?

i suspect it was some shit replica copy fake imitation

well... RPF1 is a wheel inspired from their F1 wheels....so i guess they had more of a performance car in mind... dont think they were thinking about god-level cars.....just performance-oriented cars hahahahah

clears stock B16A brakes fine.

Yeah, I also suspect it's a bad replica of RPF1. RPF1 is a very popular wheel for JDM performance cars which almost by default use big multipot calipers, so hearing RPF1 cannot clear stock and small Vios calipersis very surprising. Here as proof, the Toyota Gazoo Vios racing cars are using RPF1 too!
