As title, on behalf of Persatuan Permotoran Melaka (PPM), we would like to invite members here to this Motorsports Events and Inter Club Gathering at Stadium Hang Jebat Melaka. Details of the event as follows:
Date: 2 - 3 February 2008
Venue: Car Park Stadium Hang Jebat Melaka
Activities: Drift Competition, Autokhana Competition, AutoShow Competion and Demo, Car Boot Sale and Interclub Car Gathering.
Fees: Drift - RM50 per drifter per car, Autokhana - RM20 per car, Car Boot Sale - RM20 per car, Inter Club Gathering - RM10 per adult, RM5 per kid (Including parking lunch on 3rd Feb 2008)

2nd Feb 2008
8.30am - Registration counter at main canopy open. Drifters are advised to arrive early to register and have their vehicles scrutinized.
9.45am - Drivers' briefing at main canopy. All drifters MUST attend the briefing.
10.15am - Practise session 1 start. Practise will be divided into 5 groups. Each group 40 minutes.
1.00pm - Practise end.
1.00~2.oopm Break
2.00pm - Opening ceremony. Drift cars will be parked inside track in front of stage.
2.15pm - Track open for public.
2.30pm - Arrival of Guest of Honor
3.00pm - Track close for public.
3.10pm - Flag off ceremony.
3.35pm - Practise session
-. Practise will be divided into 5 groups. Each group 40 minutes.
7.00pm - Practise end. End of Day 1.
7.00pm~8.00pm break
8.00pm~12.00am open for practise and demo.

8.30am - Arrival of drifters and preparation.
9.30am - Drivers' briefing at main canopy. All drifters MUST attend the briefing.
10.10am - Practise start.
-Practise will be divided into 5 groups. Each group 30 minutes.
12.45pm - Practise end.
1.00pm - Ace qualifying commence.
1.00pm~2.00pm break
2.00pm - Novice qualifying commence.
- Car club gathering start join in / location @ covered parking lot.
- Autoshow / clubs event start. / location @ covered parking lot.
3.40pm - Announcement of Best 16 and Tsuiso briefing at main canopy.
4.00pm - Tsuiso start.
5.00pm - Tsuiso end.
5.15pm – otokhana start / while judge carry out drift result.
6.15pm - Closing ceremony.Announcement of winners and prize giving ceremony.
7.00pm - End of event.
IMPORTANT! Please do not be late for drivers' briefing and registration. Those who are late for drivers' briefing WITHOUT INFORMING the organisers will NOT be allowed into the practise session.
