Hi,

my engine had it check engine lit for the past 5 days. diagnosed it already & it says ignition amplifier. idling is just around 500 RPM, AC Compressor & Fan keeps ON & OFF continously.
My question is, what's this ignition amplifier for & could it really be the problem. Really need y'all help here

Thanks

Hi bro,
Had it swap with your friend and see if the prob continue.
But i am doubt its IG module, most likely is ECU problem.
Good luck.

IG module? i'm the only one using svt here huhuhu.
since the check engine lit, idle is just 500 RPM, when turn on AC, both AC & radiator fan keeps on & off continously n there's this clicking sound on and off.
do u hv similiar problems like this b4? i'm kinda stuck

u got the same prob minem? i just realized today that one of the (-) negative cable at battery terminal snapped (patah). i reconnected it back but problem still exist.
i wonder whether that could cause this problem at the 1st place. tomorrow or day after tomorrow going to bring my beloved seg to workshop to check all the electrical system including ignition. that might rule out some of my concern isk...isk

errr one more thing, my turbo timer seem can't detect on AUTO. even if u're driving for 10 mins, it still gives O sec
