Remove speed cut - Satria GTI

Is there any way to remove 180km/h speed cut?
I heard some wiring from the meters or sensors.

any advice?

If you are driving a fully stock Satria GTi, there is no speed cut.

All malaysian cars does not have a speed cut. They only have a rev limiter.

hi, its stock GTI. But it cannot go past 180km/h

that was what i thought as well,never heard of a speed cut in msia made cars..
frens 4g15,after a few mods,manage to go up to 200kmh... duno what he did..
tuning not correct??

stock GTI with stock ecu.

if satria gti MMC ECU 1999-2000, 2001 above using siemens ECU,
so meaning MMC ECU does not have speed cut....but the siemens ECU has speed cut..
anyways, u can also use RSM or FCD

yat year gti u used? if 2001 above using siemens ecu & yes ur cant over 180km in stock engine but if 2001 below mmc ecu stock gti simply can reach 2++km on road tested before this two batch...go for aftermarket performance gadget/parts for siemens ecu for best result..

my sgti(year2001) can go 220km(not full paddle yet)..
i tried at LPT...
just piping n adjst the engine block by cutting some(during overhoul)...
but my baby was stolen about 5monts ago...
