13 inch i can only think of 185-60-13 toyo,but thats few years back i m using it,now donno whether have or not, next option will be 175-70-13!

tyre rotation is where u take ur rear change to the front and the front change to rear...make the tyre wear off evenly...

but since u use 14" thick at the back...u cannot rotate the tyre to the front...
