way to "MOD"

There IS some way for you to mod your car for better power when wanna overtake someone on the street, yet do not cost you more FC, might even save more. Here's how:

-remove spare tire
-remove rear boot mat (all cars should have them right?)
-remove car jack
-remove tools
-remove plastic panels covering rear light's wiring (dunno about satria, but my mom's '00 wira got them, hey.. they weight something too)
-remove all audio system related stuff
-remove rear seat
-remove passenger seat
-remove passenger seat's headrest
-remove bootmat
-remove carpeting
-remove all sound proofing layering you might have under the car pet
-remove aircond system (including everything)
-remove glovebox
-remove door panel
-remove any cushion or steering wrap
-remove anything on the dashboard
-remove dashboard if posible, leave the meters alone
-remove rubber on pedals, as long can step on then its okay (use penknife scrap them off)
-remove power steering if you have one
-remove air filter
-remove muffler
-remove bumper
-remove front grill.



i guess thats about all the free mods you can do, its totally free if you do it yourself. that should be able to improve your power to weight ratio by maybe 20-25% (that mean its 20% more power!!).

bro... there's a lot of series in the Weber production... make urself clear of what u want before buying 1... Uncle fred's is a DCOE system... And regarding the price... it would normally cost u around RM300-RM600...

Beside, before buying a Weber... make sure u have done great homework n study on it... If u want a Weber carb but not uncle fred's type.. i think there's one currently selling at the marketplace section...

hehe....im a loyal Q8 user...so use q8 t650 semi syn should be ok...

in cheap way to mod carb 1.3....

i will :~

change ekzos n intake system.....
car handling upgraded (absorber + spring + sport rim n tyre)
grounding n vs

take out rear boot rubish such as carpet n spare tyre....so can faster abit...hehehe

nothing oledi...juz a basic mod...whack it kawkaw n full throttle all the way is the best...1.3 only...dun need scare

adjustable cam pulley
super touring clutch set with lighter flywheel
grounding with VS

they can do it with 4g15, they can do it with 4g13 too i guess.

with that amount of money spent in powerzone, u can go for 4g91 twincam adi lor... it should has 50% more power than 4g13....:regular_smile:

coz u cant expect a huge power froma modified 4g13.....

so the money spent hv to think wisely....whether worth fot it o not....
