but i think JPJ only concentrate on local cars especially Proton..

jpj oh jpj...now new rules for old car that above 20 years...very difficult to renew rotax,need to inspection every year plus the insuran are very expensive..

all this follow singapore style....later will say need COE as well so we just wait see who will die first....

sometimes the JPJ officer especially the young one same like us..their car also 'jahat' than our car lor..they r an authority so they can do anything they want..dammit!!!

just look at the top top officer car.....make things simple don't say their own car even his wife or the so call saudara saudari car also tint untill so dark can't even look thru like that can but we do is illegal.....

u say ori bumper rm300, but this bumper im using rm150 only...
u tell the officer, if u have common sense which would u go for?

if he say of course la ori wan......u reply...u can la duit kopi banyak haha.....

Standard my friend who has custom body kits all no problem what. My friend kena once only because he stance kaw2. If your 2 fingers lepas as clearance fender-to-tire, then no problem. Sometimes custom body kit kena tahan cause pakai material that doesn't pass safety regulations. But carbon fiber kena tahan, that one i don't understand. Since carbon fiber helps in distributing impact evenly during a crash. JPJ kadang2 very funny. But so far no problem when lalu police roadblock with custom body kit (Myself and other friends). HID normally because ppl put HID bulbs in standard casing. If you order headlights designed to house HID bulbs, then no problem. This one senior officer at JPJ told me. But allowed only white and yellow HID. Coloured HID is a big no-no.

carbon fiber will shatter when kena langgar. the splinter is sharp and dangerous. Steel will crumple (absorb impact energy) after langgar. Safer lor.

unless you are talking about supercar like Lambo carbon fiber part.....they are different as these parts had been subjected to many testing and fullfilled required regulation.

Coz I havent seen any japs car get caught when they change their facelift to the newer version...eg s14 to s15...cefiro to skyline and etc... same to superbike too got a load of them rebuild and change to new coverkit from otr factory. Have you seen naza blade bcome honda cbr?? A lot of them...hehe
