Help : How to Get New Road Tax Replacement?

My road tax is now peeling itself slowly, and it seems like the glue has dried off. How can I get myself replacement road tax sticker? JPJ Bkt Bintang can do there?

what papers do i have to bring with me if i want to get the road tax replacement sticker?

the road tax sticker "copse" or the receipt,which can show the renew n expire date

No need to waste money, just use you road tax like the old road tax, just used a plastic to stick the road tax to the mirror.
