The government of Malaysia has just launched a website that allows the public to post pictures of traffic offenders caught in the act. The Road Transport Department and the police will be monitoring the site and will take action against any offender that’s been photographed breaking the law. Transport Minister Datuk Seri Chan Kong Choy says the site will also feature a “Hall of Merit/Hall of Shame” section displays the best and worst the country’s drivers have to offer. The most common offenses seem to be parking in front of fire hydrants and using emergency lanes during traffic jams. If I lived in Malaysia, I would totally take a pic of my friend’s car parked on the street and photoshop a fire hydrant next to it. That would teach him not to leave empty Mountain Dew cans in my car anymore.
