Persona Speedo Problem

Hi All. I have a Proton Persona with a slight problem. When cold, the speedometer reads approx double what it should. All OK when warmed up. Any ideas please
 
i ting persona is a wira....
btw correct me if im wrong

I was wondering how far Lancer GT owners can mod in terms of engine power and keeping it standard?
All I know is that the HKS filter and exhaust set is available, but is that all?
And since the transmission is CVT...
