Ralliart ECU for evo III

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knows what tuning is done by ralliart on the evo III ecu.

-whats the max rpm (cut off)?
-does it have a Vmax cut off?
-any markings on the eprom/chip that will determine that it's from ralliart?

cannot take the chip pun in the chip reader then change the perimeters inside then use the chip back la..rite?hmm same la...whatever la..still a chipp la..
