repaint rims

which one is better.. repaint rims or just 'skimming'? anybody can give a suggestion which workshop can do the best job and the price.. i heard that if just repaint, the new paint will not 'lekat' well at the rims..

there is a place veri famous for modifying rims/painting/skiming/and even repair broken rims

i go there to custom make a Aluminium Cam Pulley For Higher Torque and saw those guys walau

its at the salak selatan there near WL half cut

i live in bdr tun razak so it's just nearby.. is it a shop house..?
