what is the radiator hose material? where can i get it?

btw, how much does it cost to bore a 60mm to 64mm TB? Is any workshop in sunway doing it?
Usually how do we determine what diameter of TB to use? Any reference?

i think the radiator hose is brand GReddy ler....dunno wher can get locally ler....

It's not steel braided, it's just a covering of a steel braid over the stock hose.. at least the one I saw lah.

if i do the heat shield, i wud like to use something that is non-metal...so as to minimize heat absorption....but no idea what yet....

ichey udeng..i got one plastic sheild last time. i think it was from technical drawing bag(from vocational skool). From that plastic I tranform to aloi shield. kennot remember where I put oredi.

look around last 3 day..kennot find it.

CAI or no CAI, it should be that the engine breathes fine either way.

gooooo for 64mm evoX2. demmmm slurrpppp..make sure u had AFR to tune.

buddin, u swapped for 64mm TB already? how's it at idling?

iddling can be set by adjusting the butterfly screw

max size for b16a/b16b/b18cr TB (butterfly size) is 64.5mm.

u can have this size without any problem on idling.
this also will be good for ur further upgrade. no need to rebore it few times.
i can help u to send the TB to machine shop. the quality so far very good.
