Tried in on a few injection engines.....with straight flow and s-flow....
both with mid box and without.... no flames... :( :(

i think it works best for carbies with modded exhaust....

tried on a gsr, vr4, mx5, and aura.... failed... only asap.

maybe we needed blackie's 3.0L supra. :lol:

oh yea... all cars also EFI .... need to tune to rich mixture kau kau ka? that time dont need the DIY flame thrower also can keluar api already lor. :lol:

Those with Catalyct Convertor will not Fire.. Since the Petrol already finish Burning..

raincheck, is catalytic converter attached to the exhaust system?

if it is then i think most of the cars tested on were equipped with modded exhaust system, thus having the cat removed..

Cat is in the middle.. Where the bullet is..

Take it off, then on stock muffler also can work.

Maybe it is running too lean.

On a normal Air/Fuel setup.. At higher RPM, the A/F will be richer.... Especially when droping gear or Hil Climbing..

BUT... My Sunny is running LEAN, I wired the spark from the Gas Lighter circuit and placed it in the tip of the muffler.. When going up hill and dropping gear, it will produce Yellow Flame...

is there a way to do priliminary testing to make sure that i actually ignites... u know.. before putting in the afford to do the installation.

we just tried pressing on the lighter at the tip of the exhaust... reved... doesn't seems to ignite.

or is there any specific gas lighter? Rein bought it fr carrefour... :lol:

Just those lighters that can use a Small battery and produce sparks can already..
Just keep it sparking and rev...

I took out the circuit and hook it on my exhaust to test..

Fire came out when I am going uphill and droping gear to slow down downhill..

Then saw that the wires all black and melted from the flame...

You did not rev high high ?
It will let go more un-burnt petrol...

Try again..
note : don't blow your engine reving too much lah :)

at lot of black asap come out (indicating rich) but cannot ignite leh....
