Need Advise for Tial Wastegate

im so sorry to interrupt if my question sound silly as i dun really get wht jin tryin to explain. hehehe...im so sorry again..meaning to say, if the spring rate is 0.6bar for 38mm wastegate, can it still stand the boost until 1 or 1.2 bar...? thx 4 the help guys :wavey:
