Engine Oil from Tesco

me....in current state will use just about any oil diesel or petrol equivalent as long as it wasnt recycled oil....

BUT only on daily driver car....for race use i'll just stick to proven racing oil.....

That is why application comes in, extreme or not?.....Racing is extreme dy......

Here's the thing. What's your definition of "proven"? UOA testing?

own testing...

lets say this race i use abc oil.....since after every race we strip the engine and check for damage, especially sign of lubrication failling...

if we found un-acceptable damage from not quite up to our expectation oil, we just use other brand of oil in next race.... (of course all those oil chosen was from very top range...i would say 300v is common to us but not our favourite)

then repeat the same proccess....untill we find the best oil suited for the application... (we currently have a few option oil that was good enough for now)


it was a very expensive proving ground...that one time it almost cost me out of podium finish due to wrong oil selection

TOTAL MC3 can use in petrol engine ?
I thought INEO is for Diesel engine

My mistake,it is total 7000 energy.
But still the ineo can be used in petrol engine too.

Now the quartz 7000 is back up at rm135.
Hav to buy one bottle for my waja even though the current one had only been in the engine for 700km.
Standby stock...heheh.
My engine seems to luv the oil.

Nowadays travel less so OCI take longer. Last time see offer cannot resist so buy, then see other cheap offer buy again. I also had an ex colleague who join the lube industry and every time got good offer she will call me want or not, so buy some more.......hahhahha

Today change oil for VR using Mitsu FS 5w-40, drive back home can feel the smoothness.....hahhahhaha

First day after oil change is the same for all oils la. The ultimate test is after 100-200km afterwards.
