Lampe Berger Issues, To help those who has been stranded..

I find it seriously stupid if someone says, "let me tell you a business plan but I can't tell you the name of the company now". Might as well just ask me for RM5000 and tell me what is the products after I do the payment. Dumb fucks.

For me it's simple la, you want to do business with me I assume you approach me because you need my help, my expertise, my connection, my fundings. So therefore I will do business with you on my own terms and rules.

so now all friends also avoiding her because they afraid that she will keep asking them to join the MLM.......She was really good friends with our group last time but when i bk last mth no one wanna ask her out for TT session...she lost most of her friends because of MLM....

For my case, they approach to me and tell me i can earn $$ easily....but my job is relating to sourcing in china, so i reply them" what you can sell to me i can find in china for 50% cheaper, if you want i distribute to you lo"...then they said their product is diff, has many certifications.....but then i told them if they want. i can get for watver certification in if they can pay some $$$....even can said if guy using their product the cock can stim for 1 week,if women use then the breast can grow bigger than papaya then cancer also can cure ...then that fellow diam diam...

This has nothing to do with MLM bro. It's more to do with how we approach people. When I was in insurance, my approach was very simple. Firstly, I wasn't desperate to close cases so I would just tell my friends, "have a look at this account, if you don't like it, I'll never mention it again (and I really never do lah). the only reason i'm suggesting this to you is because I think it can benefit you. if you should decide to take it up in the future, then you let me know". Don't want, don't want lah. Just because they say no, I'm not going to hide in some corner and cry. The market is so big. Some people cross the line between being persistent and being annoying, mostly because they are desperate to sell. I have one fella who spoke to me about LB and I'm supposed to meet with him at their office. I told him that I'd call him when I'm free. Now he calls me like everyday which I find pretty annoying because I already said I'd call him wat. I don't feel like meeting with him anymore liao.

I wonder why all these organisation never taught ppl on body language. from the way ppl react towards u, u should be able to regconise the need to back out for the time being instead of still persistent on your topic. Those who do well most probably would posses the skill of reading ppl's reaction and chose the best time to react or best time not to speak.
The bad comments and the -ve views on MLM today are because of sellers/recruiters being too persistent like being pointed out by duke. If they're open minded and take a no as a no; most probably no one would sideline them. A no now doesn't mean a no forever, they got to choose the best time to approach instead of keep on trying every other day! These are the skill sets that one had to learn to suceed in the future.

being too persistent can be a good weapon to close a deal, but that doesn't apply to everybody though....

I will always ask my customer, when is the best time to call u?

Or....I will call u back next week, month?

that's the problem with some MLM investors nowadays, they try to be too persistent and forgets about their own talking and convincing manner, eventually they destroy their own opportunity of closing a deal. I will never wait for the customer to call, I will always insist that I will call back, but not everyday....unless the customer insist u to call him/her the 2nd day

just floor him with a punch!

hahaha, just joking. keep saying NO, i really mean u must say the word "NO, I'M NOT INTERESTED!!!" out and if he still persistent as hell, then i'd say he deserves it. ermm... i mean the punch.

i got one fren just joined since last few month........guess wat he lost??
he lost all his frens..... now nobody dare to pickup his call....wat a lonely and pity guy....

I am not in any MLM.

But my elder brother and my brother-in-law is in MLMs.

Both of them are doing quite well.

My elder brother hardly works now.

He only sometimes need to attend seminars and meetings and sometimes encourage his downlines.

Most of his time, he spends with his time fishing (his fav hobby).

My elder brother is 42 years old. He started MLM business more than 10 years ago.

Before he become success, he worked very very hard (always traveling and meetings) and he had joined several MLM companies.

My Brother in Law is only 25++. He graduated from his Uni (local Uni, not private Uni) among the top of his class.

He started MLM as part time but after a couple years, he is now full time.

He drives a new Nissan Sentra and He just bought himself a Condo.

He works very hard and he has to do part time jobs to maintain the loan for his car and Condo because sometimes his MLM buisness is slow, sometimes it picks up quite fast.

But so far, he is still able to survive and I think he will someone in life

I don't think MLM is a scam or a get rich scheme.

I guess there are people in MLM who used unethical or bad tactics which make people misconcept MLM.

For every 10 successful people in MLM, there could be thousands who did not make it.

For people who got cheated by MLM, its really unfortunate. But to stereotype all MLM companies as a hoax would be unfair.

Again I'd like to stress the fact, I AM NOT IN ANY MLM.

yes u are right.... but sadly most of them are ugly...... and annoying hahaha

one of them even scolded me of being stupid and not joining LB ..... what the fu..k

it really sound like a skim cepat kaya.... hahahaha just wait and see till it collapes just wait.....

boon: LB members under Steven Yeam Network are not allowed to show the plan outside LB office so they have to find a way to 'trick' you to going down to KL like telling you got business to tell you about, etc.etc. once you enter their office very hard to come out wan because your friend would drive you there right? so your friend won't drive you home until you join. Seriously it's one of SYN's tricks.

Besides that the place there is all a 'set-up' the chairs, tables, people around there are all preplanned. Therefore don't get cheated if someone tells you about a promising 'business' but can't tell the name.

hahaha... good one... and i m lucky enuff not to go hahahaha , u got a point there they sent u there and if u dont join they wont sent u back hahahaha

well ... guess we are the smarter one hahhaah they just keep dreaming of it.... even if they manage to earn that money, they would have gotten many of their friend contributed the money hahaha

the un-ethical one are giving the chance for the society to blacklist and stereotyping MLM.
There's too much competitions out there. MLM companies or even fellow sidelines. Desperation causes this guys to move sideway and would do anything just to secure a deal. They forgot what's the true meaning of MLM.
To me MLM true concept should be informing others about the usefulness of the products and share it with others. It's not forcing others to believe in the products. By using force, even if a person felt that the product is good, he/she would still felt disgusted and not wanting to join!
There should come a time where the company needs to monitor their own staffs behaviour, or even the uplines should be auditing their downlines. Complains should be filed with valid proofs and witness. I believe by doing so, this would curb the un-ethical way of sellers/recruiters!
Think this is the main purpose of this thread too.
