Need advice: 4g93 SOHC auto 'semput'

Yup, for different wiring etc., different ECU is useless. The time when my original ECU for 2.0L konk, my mechanic found one for 1.6L one to use first. The fuel feed was actually heavier, lots of black soot and really under powered until I got back a 2.0L ECU fitted back....:driver:

Yours ran on a 4G61 ECU?

Guys, I found this hanging loose in my engine bay. Do you know what this is? Photo as attached. Damn. Lucky it didn't get to the belt area. No wonder I always heard knocking sound like something is loose. Seriously gonna go back to the workshop who did the transplant and complain. Last time also got a few things not tight down properly. :bawling:

sanekit - that's the power cable and fuse for a sound system. Just trace where the cable goes to and remove it la since you don't even know what it's used for. Probably means you don't use it. This isn't really the shops fault.

Yeah, just remove it then
If lazy, just bolt it onto somewhere in your engine

Probably his HU connected to normal live wire only, so this wire not used. Yah! this has nothing to do with the engine transplant.....:driver:

Just check with the guy. He said it's the power amp fuse. He accidentally pull it to the engine bay. I manage to pull it back inside the car. Will remove it when I have the time. Was worried the wire get stuck on any moving part inside the engine bay. Haha

You don't have power amp now, right? That is suppose to take power direct from the battery to power your amps......

I do. But last time I change the radio, no power on the amp. I think the fuse blow. Just now when I check the fuse, it's broken. Haha. I don't the radio is connected to the amp. The amp just sitting under passenger seat. Haven't check if there's connecting wire on it.:hmmmm:
