its bcoz they use crazy width n offset wheels!! usually something like 18x10JJ onwards...with offset around +20 n below! thus they need to use smaller tyres n negative settin for the chambers so it wont hit their car body.

thats why u will c the rims its bigger than the tires...good for show car but not practical for KL road...:D

Haha...Japan VIP is damn crazy,m'sia cannot compare with Japan.
If m'sia like japan,i'll put my s/rim to 20" and low down the body like "gam" the road.

What you see in the pictures may not be the real thing you see when they are driving on the roads. Yes, this is a VIP Car Show / Gathering, and what you see here are some VIP nicely modded cars slammed to its floor, tarmac ripping bodykits and etc, but haven't you guys heard of Hydraulics Suspension?

Most VIP cars are using Hydraulics / Air Suspension, with a small high air pressure tank and compressor located inside the boot. When you want to drive, increase the height, when you are showing off, release and slam everything to the deck.
