gains are normally "only" 1-2 HP at most. Yes, they are "only" less restrictive then stock. Unless you have a "aftermarket" manifold or turbo the gains arent really that will move your pants.

there are a lot out there but you can think of the "drop ins" as they can perform as good as open pod filters.
