I swear i saw a Maybach 62 parked right in front of a shopping mall in Singapore. To top it all, its actually a Malaysian platenumber car registered in Perak. Its such a freaking huge car. Seeing is believing. Its in the same league as Bentleys and Rolls Royce.

i think there isnt any enzo in the list was cuz its already all sold out. cuz i remember that an carrera gt was cheaper then a enzo by a lot.

They actually meant production cars, not just any commemorative cars or limited edition cars.

If they were to include in the list of limited build cars, you're gonna see those really old Mercedes sports car, those limited edition CLK-GTR's and so on. Those are worth alot more. And of coz the Enzo's.

hehe, the most expensive cars list really makes me wonder.......why the cars are so expensive. probably ppl are paying on the technology. Hmmm, I think I'm going to claim my toyota KE is going to be priced at US$20 million, due to very-very sentimental value it has. I can sell my car at ANY price I want right?

lolz... sentimental value cannot be weight with cash ler.... u might think it is vr valueble but other this it is a trash.... lets say if u give me a maybach, i also doubt of owning it lar... i'll choose a subaru/evo/gtr compare to maybach....

F1 cars aren't as expensive as these. Coz selling price is different from production costs. F1 cars are not rated at selling price as there isn't a market demand. There's only costs incurred, an F1 car can be made around $500,000 USD. A Bugatti Veyron however, thou i dunno how much the production costs it needs, but certainly due to market demand, it will sell at $1,000,000 USD, hence the most expensive car. A production cost of a 50 carat diamond is relatively inexpensive, dug a hole, strike luck, walla! howwver the market demand deems it to be fucking expensive. :) cheers.

so which means the value of a car is judge by the market demand and the rarity of it and also the cost of producing it.

You might produce a 50 tonne car, yes it might be rare but not a single soul in the whole wide world wants it, and that brings the value down to worthless.

I think Bernie Ecclestone holds the record for buying the most expensive car. Its some 1930's Benz. Very rare car.
