Bugatti Veyron aren't really Mclaren F1's match if you were to pit both on track. Straights however, is a different question.

" Imagine you are now behind a lorry, and there's a Suzuki Swift about 20 meters in front of the truck. Both were travelling at around 90km/h, and right in front of the Suzuki, another 100 meters or so will be entering a single-lane tunnel. In the Mclaren, you could just drop to Third, and sped right ahead of the 2 cars, drop to Second for a bit of a drag, apply some braking, and drives comfortably in Third again in front of the Suzuki. Everything ended in around 3 seconds plus. However in the Bugatti, the exact moment where the Mclaren had sipped in front of the Suzuki, the Bugatti is half-a-car away from getting into a reasonable lead to cut in front of the Suzuki, and at this very moment, the driver is also cautious that he is approaching the tunnel, hence needs braking very urgently, BUT at the back of the driver's seat, the turbo lag that left the Veyron slightly behind the Mclaren has come to its avenge whereby all 1001 horsepower is right there about to being blown out. LoL (oh, drivers here with automatic transmission will understand the feel whereby all the power can be felt building up before unleashing. --> this is one of the reason i prefer Evo GTA) keke ))
